Fanfiction.net - Is probably one of the most well know sites to find fanfiction of pretty much everything.
Mediaminer - Another well know site for a multidude of fanfiction. It is not nearly as popular as ff.net but still a good site.
- One of my favorite sites. Has a huge selection of Gundam Wing Fanfiction and fan art.
